Croatia is mainly known for its gorgeous beaches. And with over 1,000 islands there are tons of them to choose from. It also makes island hopping the ideal way to explore the country especially if you can do it by yacht!
One of the country’s greatest treasures is the Dalmatian Islands, which are known for their limestone cliffs that drop off into crystal clear waters, serene beaches as well as some beautiful vineyards and olive groves. A lot of the islands with their medieval towns have many historic landmarks that can be found wandering along their cobblestone streets with the stone buildings towering above you. This itinerary is a small taste of the Dalmatian Islands that can offer all of this. All of these islands have wineries too!
And if you can’t charter a yacht (like most of us!) there are ferries connecting all of the Dalmatian Islands so you can start/end between Split and Dubruvnick easily.
